1 Hats Ensure no dents, holes and that they are in working condition
2 Boots Ensure there are no holes, dents, that they are safety boots, are of the correct size and laces are tied
3 Overalls Ensure there are no loose threads, that could be caught in machinery, and are of the correct sizing.
4 Goggles Ensure they are not scratched, cracked and strapping is not worn and that it could snap. Also ensure they are the correct fit
5 Mask Ensure strapping is not worn and could snap
6 Gloves Ensure they are correct size, have no holes
7 Machines Inspect them to ensure they are in good condition & are undamaged
8 Air Lines Inspect them to ensure that there is no damage to the lines, check petrol supply line is undamaged
9 Scaffolding Inspect them to ensure they are in good condition & are undamaged. Ensure they have been erected correctly
10 Scaffold Tags Having inspected the scaffolding ensure the tags are dated and signed, this will ensure they have been logged
11 Fire Extinguishers Ensure these are at the machines and are not damaged
12 Scissor Lift Inspect them to ensure they are in good condition & are undamaged. Ensure they have been erected correctly
13 Scissor Lift Tags Having inspected the scaffolding ensure the tags are dated and signed, this will ensure they have been logged
14 Welfare Facilities Ensure site has adequate welface facilities and that all aspects are operational and clean
15 RAMS / MS All Risk Assessments/Method statements have been read and updated (if required) for each daily task
We confirm the above checks/readings are correct at the time of submission of this document
